Latex Turbidimetry
PRINCIPLE
The latex particles coated with human gammaglobulin are agglutinated when they react with samples that contain rheumatoid factors (RF). The latex particles agglutination is proportional to the concentration of the RF in the sample and can be measured by turbidimetry.
